Real-World Execution
Classroom theory is only the beginning. At Visions Of Color, our core service model is built around bridging the gap between learning and doing.
We provide critical in-the-field training and connect Las Vegas production companies with highly capable, eager students who are fully insured and ready to work.
In-The-Field Training
We take our students out of the rehearsal space and onto actual job sites. Under the supervision of our lead instructors, students get hands-on experience unloading trucks, pushing cases, running cable, and assisting with live builds for real events across the city.
Hire a Student Crew
Are you a local production company or event coordinator needing extra hands? Contract a Visions Of Color student crew. You get trained, reliable, and insured assistants, and our students get the vital experience they need to build their resumes.
Request a Crew Inquiry →Mandatory Field Hours
To maintain the highest industry standards, taking classes is not enough. To finalize their course and earn their official Visions Of Color certification, every student must log a required minimum of documented, on-site field training hours.
